      Jyoti Ajay Bhartav, a dynamic individual with over two decades of experience in Business Management
      & Finance , stands as the founding member and backbone of ICT E-Disha. Her expertise extends across various domains, including content development, support, and Finaceial management, crucial for
      the smooth functioning of the company.

      Armed with a post-graduate degree in English literature from Mumbai, Jyoti brings a unique blend of
      creativity and analytical thinking to her role. Moreover, Jyoti's proficiency in accounts management has been instrumental in maintaining the financial health of ICT E-Disha. Her attention to detail and strategic planning have helped the company navigate through challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

      As a founding member, Jyoti's vision and leadership have played a pivotal role in trajectory
      of ICT E-Disha. Her commitment to excellence and unwavering determination serve as an inspiration to her peers, driving the company towards greater heights of success.

      Ajay Bhartav

      Founder

      Ajay Bhartav started a company ICT E-Disha in Mumbai, India in 2010. He
      wanted to make education easier to use, Breaking Barriers to Quality Education in India through Digital Transformation.

      Ajay had a big dream - to give millions of students in India affordable access to education, no matter where they lived or how much money they had. He called his project "Freedom to Learn" ICT E-Disha An Immersive study buddy platform with a large content library for for an innovative teaching experience

      Because of his hard work and dedication, ICT E-Disha became a rapidly growing edtech company focused on
      digital education solutions for schools and students in India. It's like a one-stop-shop for students, schools, and educational institutions to change how teaching and learning happen..

      Ajay started ICT E-Disha with his wife, Jyoti, who he met in college. He has an MBA from K.C. College in
      Mumbai and has a lot of experience in education, publishing, and modern retail. Before starting ICT E-Disha, Ajay worked for a big publishing company called Macmillan India Ltd. He's known for being good at public relations and communication.
